The people we support at Jamesons Care, our supported living service in Essex, have all now received their first COVID vaccines.

Despite some of the people we support being very nervous about having their COVID vaccination, Richard Mason, Registered Manager, worked hard with his team to help everyone understand what to expect and the benefits of having their vaccination.

“It’s a fantastic achievement for the service,” said Richard. "Some of the people we support had previously not wanted the vaccine, however their support teams were able to communicate the importance of the vaccine and build their confidence in getting theirs.”

To recognise this achievement, all the people we support were awarded with trophies and they were delighted to receive them!
