A culture dedicated to support

National Care Group is committed to creating a culture that supports continuous improvement. We are constantly striving to provide the highest standards of care possible for the People We Support. We achieve this by ensuring our services deliver highly against the best practice examples within our sector.

What’s more, by thoroughly reviewing incidents when they occur and by maintaining effective quality and risk management processes and systems, we minimise the risk of failings in care or a lowering of standards in our service.

Quality Account NCG

Safeguarding the rights and welfare of the People We Support

We are also dedicated to ensuring quality is at the heart of what we do. No matter how effective and supportive our services are at any given time, there will always be room for improvement. Therefore, we also expect everyone who works as part of our network of local providers to consistently maintain these high standards.

Quality control is essential because the People We Support have the fundamental right to be safe within their homes and local communities. In addition, by providing help focused on the needs of the individual, we aim to maximise each person’s potential in positive risk-taking, whilst also supporting them to manage risk.

Above all, we are passionate about safeguarding the rights and welfare of the People We Support. We expect all members of the National Care Group team to demonstrate our caring vision and values within their daily working lives, to support people to enjoy a good quality of life.
