Mental health and wellbeing

We practice a transparent, caring and supportive environment for all. The wellbeing of our people is an absolute priority.

Colleagues experiencing challenges with their mental health have access to trained mental health first aiders and a confidential advice line. We also pride ourselves in offering menopause support and awareness training with access to a specialist advocate for any individual and confidential advice plus our commitment to the reimbursement of HRT medication prescriptions.

Our monthly Wellbeing Wednesday publication and Wellbeing Advocates are available to support our colleagues to stay well, healthy and happy.
