At National Care Group, every member of the team provides the highest standards of care. All teams work with passion, commitment and transparency and have many years experience of working in the care sector. Together, all their experience, know-how and expertise, enables us to deliver a broad range of services for people with differing needs and challenges.

Our Residential services offer longer-term and transitional accommodation, supporting people to develop their independence with the aim of moving onto a Supported Living setting – if that’s their goal.

Our Outreach & Home Support service is usually the final step in an individual’s care pathway and is provided in their own home. Support is designed to assist them to manage their everyday chores, many of which people generally take for granted.  We help people with a range of activities from budgeting and paying bills, to cooking, cleaning, or simply getting up, showered, and dressed in the morning.

Our Day Services can offer a great base from which people can start to build their day, helping them to take part in essential social or educational activities. Being able to get out and take part in activities offers a supported route into developing new skills and engaging in new opportunities. The Day Services we support individuals on are often focused on taking part in activities that provide learning opportunities, work-ready skills and integrating with the community.

Everyone receiving a regular support package from us benefits from a 24-hour on-call service, which can provide help and advice over the phone alongside a 24-hour emergency help service.
