CELEBRATING SUCCESS | August's Outstanding Award Winners
The St White's Team are August's outstanding winners!


National Care Group's Outstanding Achievement Award winners for August 2022 are St White's Team from Merry Den Care


The St White's Team were nominated by Registered Manager of National Care Group's Merry Den Care service, Stephanie White, for their dedication to a person we support called Robert.

The St White's team are a shining example of National Care Group Colleagues that go above and beyond. The Executive Team and all their Colleagues are grateful for the contribution they make.


Six other National Care Group Colleagues/teams were nominated in August for their outstanding performance. Recognition must also go to:


  • Carrie Holcombe-Lloyd, from Oaklea Care, nominated by her Registered Manager for being an incredible support and going above and beyond in her role.


  • Georgia Berry and Emma Hassett from 8 Acres, nominated by their Registered Manager Tara Currie and Quality Assurance Business Partner Claire Hipkins for their dedication and consistency to the person they support who has since had his hair cut (after refusing), left his property and stopped damaging his property. His Neuropsychiatrist said "they have reduced his anxieties and gained his trust".


  • Charley Lewis part of Shelton Care, nominated by Service Managers Nicola Pike-Hulme & Nicola Silvester wanted Charley's passion and team player spirit to be acknowledged. From organising The Links Sports Day and medals and prizes, to making them personal to each individual person.


  • Debbie Berry from 10 Ardent Ave, nominated by Regional Operations Manager Tara Fewster for how hard Debbie has worked in trying to build a positive relationship with RM (person we support) and making him feel welcome by learning his interests of fishing and the seaside and taking him on a trip to Hastings.


  • Laura Hague part of Steps Rotherham, nominated by Support Worker Karen Kirkup for her excellent leadership skills and going the extra mile for her colleagues.


  • Vicky Slater part of Victoria Street Affinity Supporting People, nominated by Support Worker Jade Johnson who wants Vicky's devotion to her job and the people she supports to get noticed. And how she goes above and beyond providing quality care for the people at Victoria Street by organising fun days, and holidays and meeting their needs.


    National Care Group is proud of all nominated colleagues and thank them for performing to the values of PASSION, RESPECT, COLLABORATION AND EMPOWERMENT.
