Bradley walks in a Winter Wonderland with Shelton Day Centre support colleagues Bradley, an individual we support at our Shelton Care Day Centre, suffers from extreme anxiety when there is any disruption to his daily routine with much recent upset over his Dad having to go away for a short while, affecting his routines and structure. Senior support worker, Clare McGlade, and support worker, Sue Gray, worked together to support Bradley to a day out at the Winter Wonderland in Stoke on Trent to take Bradley's mind off his current disruptions.   Photographed on his adventure, Bradley really enjoyed his day out and it had a massive impact on his mental health and well-being. . A huge thank you to Clare and Sue for going the extra mile to empower Bradley on his day out and creating a memorable moment during such a challenging time.
