ABBEYVALE CARE CENTRE AWARDED EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR AWARD!

Abbeyvale Care Centre, part of National Care Group, has been awarded the Employer of the Year award at the Caring UK Awards 2021.   Caught on camera above, Julie Shield Abbeyvale's registered manager and Caron Cook, National Care Group's Area Operations Manager for the North East, attended the glittering ceremony at the Athena in Leicester on 2nd December 2021 where the announcement was first made.   They were commended for their high colleague retention, for rolling out National Care Group's reward and recognition processes for outstanding performance and for performing to the company values structure - passion, empowerment, respect and collaboration in all areas of colleague management.
