We’re delighted to announce that our Chief Executive, James Allen, has been announced as a finalist in the Social Care Top 30 chart for 2023.

The chart recognises leadership and excellence in the care sector; strong leaders, key influencers, and decision makers who have made a significant difference in the sector.

James' worthy recognition follows a nomination by colleagues. He is valued as a role model for his clear and present leadership, direction, and vast sector experience. Under James' leadership, National Care Group has grown to support over 1,600 people with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries, and mental health diagnoses.

Recognised for many accolades along the way, including Community Support Provider of the Year at the Health Investor Awards 2023, James’ direction has seen National Care Group make huge strides towards its vision of becoming the best and most trusted provider in the UK.
