World Menopause Day happens every year on the 18th October. The purpose of the day is to raise awareness of the menopause and the support options available for improving health and wellbeing.

This year The Sun took the opportunity to celebrate the UK's Most Menopause Friendly Employers by naming their Top 8. National Care Group was delighted to be featured in the list amongst some big names including Boots, Bupa, and Royal Mail.

National Care Group works hard to support its Colleagues wellbeing. In 2021 it introduced its new MenoHub resource portal and a Menopause Advocate who is available to support Colleagues every day of the week. In 2022 it took the Menopause Pledge and also introduced it's promise to reimburse the cost of it's Colleagues HRT prescriptions.
