I've had my flu jab! Have you? Our People Director, Claire Leake and our Chief Operations Officer, Karen Lewis, are wearing their flu jab pin badges with pride after recently getting their booster jabs   Over 1,200 National Care Group colleagues have now had the jab and have either got or will receive their pin badge too. Have you got one yet?   The flu virus has a serious impact on the health of thousands of people every winter. Getting a vaccine is the single most effective way every colleague can contribute to limiting the impact on their own health and the people we support.   The NHS are making the flu vaccine available to all frontline social care workers this autumn as with COVID-19 still in circulation, and flu often requiring vulnerable people to be admitted, our hospitals are predicted to be under substantial pressure.
