David Rowe-Bewick, our Group Finance Director, made it a full house for the National Care Group Executive Team when he had his flu jab this weekend.

David, alongside the other Executive Team members, wanted to show his commitment to this important initiative as well as staying safe over the winter period.

Services throughout National Care Group’s regional network are promoting the importance of having the flu jab with local awareness campaigns, promotions and regional league tables to encourage colleagues and the people we support to have their flu jabs.

Karen Lewis, Chief Operations Officer said: “It has been encouraging to see an increasing number of people across all our services having their flu jabs. We still have some way to go in encouraging more people to recognise the importance of having the flu vaccination, particularly during the COVID pandemic and we will continue to promote the ‘I've had my flu jab’ initiative throughout the winter months.“
