REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER - CENTRAL EAST
Steph’s career in social care began in 2007. She has developed experience in all social care service roles, and has the knowledge and understanding of each job and its expectations.
Steph joined NCG in 2019 as Registered Manager of Merry Den's services and was promoted to Regional Operations Manager in 2023.
Steph supports the Central East Team which covers the Gloucestershire area. The region includes supported living services and a residential service in the Forest of Dean, and a large supported living business and a residential service in Gloucester.
Steph is passionate about the individuals that she supports and gives her utmost dedication to her Team, always encouraging them to strive for the best outcomes for every person.
