Steps Rotherham is a learning disability and physical disabilities service in the heart of Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

Steps have capacity for 26 individuals across a site of 5 personalised properties.

We are a residential care service with an ethos of family values and excellent quality care. Our team provide 24-hour support in each house and enable individuals we support to achieve their goals and outcomes including supporting people to gain skills for independence to support them moving into the community.

We have 2 Registered Managers, Rachel Oram and Annette Hand. Each individual house has its own dedicated Team Leader and we have other members of staff including a Quality and Compliance Officer.

Steps Rotherham is located in a bustling area of Rotherham close to the town centre and Sheffield’s Meadowhall Shopping Centre. There are excellent transport links, parks and open spaces and access to education and activities within close proximity.
