Oak house opened in January 2017.

The home was renovated with the input of the team to create a warm and welcoming residential care home for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The aim was to create a service that allows the delivery of unique and specialist support for each person that we support.

The service is in stoke on Trent and is registered to support eight individuals, it comprises five single occupancy flats and a shared flat for three people. There are additional communal areas that provide opportunities for individuals to socialise with others.

The team at Oak house all share the same values and goals that we thrive to be a fantastic support network to all the people we support. Offering all the chance to fulfil their dreams and supporting them to aspire to who they would like to be.
