About Newfield View

Newfield View is a caring supported living service. We provide care and support for individuals with mild, moderate, and severe learning disabilities, autism, and mental health diagnoses.

The teams' focus is to provide a positive, homely atmosphere that, together with tailored support, will help each person receiving support to achieve the goals and aspirations that are important to them.

Newfield View provides support across Sheffield and Rotherham. We work with registered housing association partners that can provide a home and tenancy for the people we support.

We support people to live independently in shared houses or in their own homes. Care and support is personalised to individual needs and can be 24/7 or as much as needed.

Amongst the things that make the team most proud of what they do is the importance they place on helping people to learn new skills. We encourage them to be a part of their local community and to play an active role in the running of their home.

About Helen Sturgess, Registered Manager

Helen has been at Newfield View since 2020.

She has more than 35 years experience in social care, starting as a care assistant and progressing up to a manager role.

Before joining Newfield View, Helen worked in an elderly care.
