About Cornerstones

Cornerstones Supported Living South services are based in the west Wiltshire area and provide support in people's own homes for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs.

We work in partnership with those we support. Our purpose is to enable them to lead a full and meaningful life, increasing their independence and participation in their local community.

Everyone supported by us has personalised outcome-focused plans to achieve their goals. The plans support social inclusion and promote access to their community.
