About Caewern Lodge

Situated in Neath, South Wales, Caewern Lodge is a residential care home for up to six adults with complex mental health support needs.

Many of the individuals that have lived in Caewern Lodge have come out of long-term hospital stays and require support to reintegrate back into the community.

Caewern Lodge prides itself on its positive and welcoming atmosphere, which is something that has consistently been noted by individuals and visiting professionals.  This contributes to providing high quality individualised support which is geared towards the people we support reaching their goals and potential, often with the aim of moving onto independent settings.

Caewern Lodge is set on its own grounds and has five en-suite bedrooms and one studio flat all offering comfortable accommodation.  There is also a communal kitchen, lounge, conservatory and laundry room as well as a large garden area providing plenty of space.

The team at Caewern Lodge take pride in enabling the people we support to make progress and gain independence through the promotion of positive mental health, self-pride through what can be achieved and through working as a team so that individuals can live as fulfilled lives as possible.

- Becoming a registered manager. It’s something I’ve always wanted

- Working with a wonderful team and learning more about the forensic sector, which I find really interesting
