About Bradley Emery
Bradley has worked in the social care industry since 2020. He was promoted to team leader after a year in care, and then assistant manager within two months in the next role. He went on to complete training and coaching programmes and became a registered manager less than a year later.
Before joining the care sector, Bradley worked in Asia. He brings decades of management experience and a passion for helping people, which stems from a family member who has learning disabilities.
We asked Bradley what his career achievements to date are. He said:
- Helping a person we supported to achieve his dream of driving a Truck and Trailer
- Helping others to re-decorate and furnish their rooms
- Helping people transition from registered care to supported living
- Assisting the NHS by rehousing homeless people who had mental health problems, but were better and had nowhere to go – so were blocking beds for people who were in crisis.
