Managers at Affinity Supporting People

Our management and staff teams are dedicated to the people they support and continually go above and beyond to ensure that people are able to achieve their dreams.”

What makes this achievement even more special is how Affinity Supporting People join an elite club of care providers who have an ‘Outstanding’ rating, with only 7% in the North West and 9% across England.

It truly is a clear indication of how the dedication and commitment shown towards care and supporting people to live rewarding lives is part of the ethos of Affinity and National Care Group.

The people we support got involved with the celebrations!

It also shows how difficult it is to receive an ‘Outstanding’ rating, and such an achievement is something we are extremely proud of and one that will inspire us to continue to provide the highest quality of care expected from us.

Marie Hilton, North West Regional Operations Manager, was proud to be part of the service’s incredible achievement;

“I am absolutely delighted Affinity Supporting People have achieved an Outstanding CQC rating.

The Affinity team regularly go ‘above and beyond’ to deliver the best possible outcomes to the people they support within the Lancashire region.

I am extremely proud of each one of our Managers, Team Leaders and Support Staff, they thoroughly deserve this accolade which we will be celebrating in true Affinity style.”

Staff were praised for how they developed a good relationship with the people they support and with their families, making it a truly collaborative approach to care where ideas can be shared and taken on.

James Allen, Chief Executive Officer of National Care Group, said;
