#EmployeeAppreciationDay was celebrated across National Care Group on Friday. A day designed for employers to show appreciation for everything their teams achieve.

Michelle Palmer created thank you cards, appreciation certificates and ‘thank you recipe’ gift bags for her team at Springvale.

Shelton Care’s Richmond Mews said thank you to their team with lots of cake and a Richmond Mews survival pack!

Kirsty and Libby at The Willows picked a Mr Men or Little Miss Name for their team and paid thanks to them for their hard work. The names caused lots of smiles.
