Mark, a resident at our Springvale, National Neurological Service in Manchester was over the moon to meet up with his daughters this week to swap Christmas presents in the park.

Mark's daughters, who both work in social care and have had regular COVID tests, liaised with Michelle Palmer, Springvale's Registered Manager to ensure the family get together adhered to social distancing guidelines and that all local guidance was observed.

Michelle said: "It was a delight to be able to arrange this special Christmas visit and see the smiles on all the family's faces."
