Faisal Lalani and Jamil Mawji, the co-founders of National Care Group have been shortlisted for this year's prestigious EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards in the North of England category. The winners will be announced in December 2020 at a UK Virtual Awards ceremony.

As co-founders, Faisal and Jamil wanted to create a sustainable and innovative business that had a positive impact on society. They identified a gap in the market for a care provider that focuses on delivering the best of care in a setting that makes the individual feel at home. It was this shared vision that led them to co-found National Care Group, which today is one of the UK’s largest specialist adult care providers.

Since its inception in March 2016, National Care Group now has over 2,200 dedicated staff who care for and support over 1,200 individuals with a variety of complex needs to live a rewarding and fulfilling life.
