REGIONAL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR - NORTH
Charlotte is responsible for the leadership of NCG's north region. This includes our Newfield View, Essential Care and Support (including Abbeyvale Care Centre), Highlea Care Supported Living and Steps Rotherham services.
Our services of supported living and residential care provide high-quality care and support to people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, complex needs, sensory impairments, dementia and elderly people. We pride ourselves on our person-centred approach where we encourage and support each person to be more independent and reach their personally set goals and outcomes.
Our services in the North are spread across Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Yorkshire and County Durham.
