I lead on a wide range of services including supported living, outreach and residential accommodation for people with mild, moderate and severe learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs.

I started my career in social care as an admin for a residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities and just really enjoyed how rewarding the role was. Since then, I have progressed in various positions before moving to operations. I am extremely passionate about my job and the performance of our services. I aim to always deliver the highest standard of quality care and support and to unlock the potential of my teams.
