Tara is based in Kent and leads on a wide range of services including supported living, outreach and residential accommodation for people with mild, moderate and severe learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs.

Tara started her career in social care as an admin for a residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities and really enjoyed how rewarding the role was. Since then, she has progressed in various positions before moving to operations. She is extremely passionate about her job and the performance of her services. She aims to always deliver the highest standard of quality care and support and to unlock the potential of her teams.

Tara is responsible for our Endurance Care residential and supported living services in Kent.
