Support for adults with learning disabilities
Learning disabilities support
At National Care Group, we acknowledge that every person is unique. Some people with a learning disability may find daily activities challenging, while for others it may be part of other physical health needs or mental health.
We are at the forefront of advances in care technology and are committed to investing in Assistive Technology. These are highly specialised tools and communication aids that assist individuals with profound learning disabilities to live as independently as possible and achieve goals.
We’re committed to empowering people to achieve their potential and live their best life.
How we support you
Our expert teams support people with mild, moderate, severe, profound, and multiple learning disabilities. We provide specialist services throughout England and Wales tailored to meet individual needs.
We recognise that people with a learning disability require various levels of support throughout their life. We spend time getting to know each individual and provide person-centred support. Working closely with the individual, their families, and other professionals, we focus on achieving positive outcomes.
People we support are encouraged to get involved in community activities, develop life skills, maintain friendships, and gain access to employment and educational opportunities.
