The ‘Outstanding Achievement Awards’ scheme spotlights shining examples of people working towards our company values. Monthly winners are personally presented with a certificate and gift by a member of our executive team.
One colleague or team will go on to win the overall Outstanding Achievement Award in the annual National Care Group Awards. The Awards are a calendar highlight recognising some of the outstanding work and achievements of our brilliant colleagues.
