Our ‘work-i-versary’ long-service reward scheme marks 5,10, 15, 20, and 25+ career milestones. It is our way of showing appreciation to dedicated and committed colleagues.
The ‘Outstanding Achievement Awards’ scheme spotlights shining examples of people working towards our company values. Monthly winners are personally presented with a certificate and gift by a member of our executive team.
One colleague or team will go on to win the overall Outstanding Achievement Award in the annual National Care Group Awards. The Awards are a calendar highlight recognising some of the outstanding work and achievements of our brilliant colleagues.
