Setting high standards
We have high standards and follow the governance of our regulators, the Care Quality Commission, Care Inspectorate Wales, and Ofsted. Regulation ensures we comply with sector standards, consistently follow best practices, and strive for continuous improvement.
Our leadership team is responsible for implementing our board’s decisions and ensuring our organisation operates effectively. They have set out a long-term plan focused on delivering quality support and achieving a brighter future for all.

National Care Group is born. From our headquarters in the north west, our co-founders set out a bold ambition: To create a new kind of social care provider, one free from the restrictions of the past, and one built around people’s potential.

2016-2019
The founding years. From a bold idea, we quickly grew into something remarkable. We established our experienced leadership team and were recognised as the Best Nationwide Vulnerable Adult Care Organisation at the Health Care & Pharmaceutical Awards.
Rapid growth and recognition. Even through one of the most challenging periods in history, we grew. Our co-founders won ‘Scale-Up Entrepreneur of the Year’ and The Sunday Times named us one of the UK’s top three fastest-growing private companies, having completed more than 35 acquisitions.

Expanding our impact. Our footprint widened, not just geographically, but in purpose. We made more acquisitions. Opened more supported living schemes in response to regional demand. Launched a new sustainability strategy. Invested in digitising care. And continued winning sector awards!
A leading provider. We are one of the UK’s leading providers, supporting over 1,300 people in around 250 locations and employing more than 3,000 colleagues. We are proud of everything we have built and are just getting started.
