National Care Group’s specialist Prader-Willi Syndrome service in Brixham has been developed in response to local demand, with specialist input from our partners at the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association.

We have proudly signed the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association’s charter, pledging our commitment to delivering safe, effective, compassionate and person-centred care and support.

Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) is a rare and complex genetic condition affecting approximately 1 in every 2,000 births in the UK. According to the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association, approximately 2,000 people are living with PWS in the UK.

Our highly-trained support teams understand the unique needs of each person living with Prader-Willi Syndrome.

We work closely with each person, their family, and specialist teams to create person-centred support plans that promote wellbeing, choice and meaningful outcomes.
