We are committed to providing ongoing learning to support colleagues in their roles. Some courses can be done online at a time that works best for you, others are run by our dedicated talent development team, virtually or in person.
National Care Group is committed to implementing the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training programme in line with the recommended guidelines and prescribed methodology. We have already delivered Tier 1 training to 100% of our colleagues.
