Supported living provided by National Care Group
Supported living
Supported living services enable people to live in their own homes, either alone or with others, and have access to support tailored to their needs.
We ensure the right support is identified through our comprehensive assessment process and, where possible, agreed with the individual. Support might be required 24 hours a day or just occasionally. It depends on the person’s needs.
Supported living accommodation by National Care Group is provided in partnership with a number of registered providers of housing and support. Each person is provided with a tenancy by the landlord, making this the person’s own home.
Our support to the tenants ensures they can manage their homes and live as valued members of the local community.
