Morgan is a team leader at Riversdale, a residential service in Cardiff that supports gentlemen with mental health needs.
The Wales Care Awards crowned Morgan as a runner up in the Excellence in Mental Health and Wellbeing category. Her registered manager, Justine, nominated her, seeking sector recognition for all that she achieves.
Justine also nominated Morgan for the NCG Annual Awards, where she deservedly won Rising Star of the Year.
Her hard work and progress explain why. Morgan moved from support worker to team leader in just one year. Her enthusiasm for supporting people and natural ability stood out to the judges.
