The team takes pride in its person-centred approach to the wellbeing of those supported and the success of many ladies transitioning to independent living.
The properties
The home comprises five modern en-suite double bedrooms. A communal bathroom is situated on the second floor. There are two lounges and a quiet room for those looking for some peace. There is also a large communal kitchen with a smaller kitchen at the front of the house.
Ty Newydd is tastefully decorated with the views and input of the people supported. There is a small but charming garden area, where many barbeques are enjoyed on a sunny afternoon.
The location
On the doorstep of Ty Newydd in Roath, there is access to excellent shopping including supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, takeaways of many cuisines, libraries, gyms, and places of worship.
Cardiff city centre is a 10 minute bus ride away, and Roath Park, which has won many awards for its beautiful gardens, is just around the corner.
