Ty Nant is a residential home for men aged 18 and above with mental health support needs. The service has a warm, homely feeling and a well-established, motivated support team that strives to empower and help people develop their life skills and achieve their goals.
The properties
Ty Nant is a modern 24-hour residential home comprising four adjacent properties. It features 11 bedrooms, most of which have en suite bathrooms. One house is equipped with a lift to facilitate access to the first floor for individuals with mobility needs.
Ty Nant also offers two additional self-contained flats for those wishing to live more independently with lower support requirements.
The properties have nice garden areas for the people supported who appreciate outside space.
The location
The home is in a pretty village within Rhondda Cynon Taff. It is close to Talbot Green and Cardiff city centre's shopping area.
