The team at Ty Ddol Awel successfully provides and maintains a supportive, positive, and homely environment that, together with a personalised package of support, empowers each supported person to identify their goals and aspirations, and supports them as they strive to unlock their full potential.

Ty Ddol Awel provides a safe rehabilitation-focused environment for people to increase their independence and move on to more independent living.
The properties
The home has five modern en-suite bedrooms, three tastefully decorated communal areas, and a large, well-equipped kitchen and ample garden space. One bedroom with a wet room is downstairs and wheelchair-accessible for those less physically able. There is also a larger wet room on the ground floor. It is a contemporary and welcoming home.
The location
Located in Dunvant, with easy access to the Gower and Swansea, there is a bus stop immediately outside the house.
Being close to the border with Carmarthenshire, Ty Ddol Awel receives referrals from across south and west Wales.
