The support
Oak House in Stoke on Trent opened in January 2017. The team at Oak House shares the same values and goals. We thrive on delivering fantastic support. We offer everyone the chance to fulfil their dreams and support them in achieving all they aspire to.
The properties
We support up to eight individuals. The building comprises five single occupancy flats and a shared flat for three people. There are additional communal areas that provide opportunities for individuals to socialise.
The location
Oak House benefits from being close to the city centre of Stoke-on-Trent and amenities including museums, gardens, shops and leisure facilities.
