Highlea Care is a well-established provider of supported living and outreach services for adults with varying learning disabilities, autistic people, mental health support needs, and other complex requirements.
Collaborating closely with those supported, all team members provide person-centred assistance and aims to empower each individual to achieve their goals and aspirations.
By focusing on a person's existing skills and enhancing them, the team empowers the development of confidence and independence. The team works passionately and takes great pride in having had a positive impact on many people's lives, enabling them to remain living in the area near to family and friends.

Highlea Care provides support for 74 people across 16 services in the Bishop Auckland, Shildon and Ferryhill areas.
The location
