The support
At Essential Care and Support, we empower people to live in their own homes (be they bought or rented). Our brilliant team members are generally based full-time at the person's home.
We also provide outreach services, which are usually the final step in a person's care pathway and involve a reduced package of support, provided in their own home and/or to support them to access the community.
By being supported to engage in meaningful activities both within and outside their home, individuals can develop their independence, confidence, and control, while also enhancing their practical skills.
We encourage everyone supported to take an active role in decisions that impact their lives in and around their home. The team aims to empower individuals and work collaboratively on their support plan, ensuring their voice is heard throughout every aspect.
We are blessed with a highly dedicated team of skilled and motivated colleagues who receive both mandatory and additional training and support to meet the specific needs of each individual person.
Collaboration is key to our success at Essential Care & Support, as we benefit from having a network of support from other National Care Group services in the area and we also successfully work in partnership with local professionals to provide a consistent, informed, and effective service to all those we support.
