The support
Endurance Care Kings Lynn strives to provide consistent, structured, and proactive support in a person's home, ensuring their wellbeing and tailored to work towards unlocking their potential. By being supported to engage in meaningful activities both within and outside their home, individuals can develop their independence, confidence, and control, while also enhancing their practical skills.
Everyone is encouraged and supported to take an active role in decisions that impact their lives in and around their home.
The team aims to empower individuals and work collaboratively with them on a support plan, ensuring their voice is heard throughout every aspect.
Support is offered holistically, with a focus on delivering a personalised plan that considers the whole person, rather than solely their diagnosis. This approach is guided by the National Care Group values of Passion, Empowerment, Respect, and Collaboration, which underpin all policies and practices.
The properties
We currently provide support to six people in the Kings Lynn area across three houses and two independent living flats.
The location
Living in King's Lynn offers the people we support benefits like a historic town center with a good range of shops and culture, a vibrant market scene, good access to the Norfolk coast, a range of outdoor activities, and a strong sense of community. We work hard in our communities to support people to become active citizens within them.
