The support
We provide quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and autistic people.
Our team consists of passionate and dedicated support workers who receive additional training and support to address the specific requirements of the people they support. Our in-house Talent Development Team can tailor training to encompass areas such as positive behaviour, mental health, and wellbeing.
The team ensures that individuals receive support in the most person-centred manner, are treated with dignity, and maintain control over all aspects of their lives.
Collaboration is essential to our success, with supporting teams across all services working in partnership with other professionals to deliver a well-rounded and effective service that enables individuals to live their very best lives.
The properties
We currently provide support to 18 people.
Our properties are divided into six purpose-built apartments, with three or four tenants in each.
We have a separate office and waking night support in place for people, should they need us.
The location
The people we support visit the nearby beautiful sandy beaches of Broadstairs and regularly enjoy scenic coastal walks and activities.
Living in a charming seaside atmosphere with easy access to London via train, a vibrant community with events like the Dickens Festival, and a mix of historic charm with modern amenities makes it ideal for us to support full and happy lives for all.
