Deepdale is a specialist neurological service providing residential support for adults following a brain injury or with a neurological condition. We support people through post-acute rehabilitation and aim to promote and maintain optimum independence and choice through a personalised support plan.

The support
Deepdale is a specialist neurological service providing residential support for adults following a brain injury or with a neurological condition.
We support people through post-acute rehabilitation and aim to promote and maintain optimum independence and choice through a personalised support plan. The personalised support plan, or GAS (goal attainment scaling), is written and reviewed in consultation with the individual person to help maintain their optimum goals by managing and meeting their specific needs.
Support is provided 24 hours per day, seven days a week, including a team member on sleep-in. Dedicated and exclusive 1:1 support is commissioned in addition to the core day shared support.
The properties
The property comprises eight spacious bedrooms, each with its own wet room and sink unit. Supported people benefit from a large communal lounge and a kitchen with a dining area, where they can enjoy home-cooked meals and practice their culinary skills. There is also a large enclosed garden and patio to the rear of the property. Parking is available at the front.
The location
Situated close to the centre of Preston on a quiet residential street, supported people benefit from access to a range of local amenities and comprehensive public transport routes.
