The support
Cornerstones Supported Living South provides support to people in their own homes across the west Wiltshire region.
We support people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and other complex needs. We collaborate with everyone supported in all aspects of their life. Our purpose is to empower them to lead full and meaningful lives, enhancing their independence and participation in their local community.
Everyone we support has personalised, outcome-focused plans to achieve their goals. These plans work towards developing social inclusion and they promote access to their community.
Our Registered Manager, along with the dedicated and professional team, strives to empower learning and self-development and, most importantly, happy and fulfilling lives.
The properties
We provide support to people at 14 properties across the west Wiltshire area.
The location
Wiltshire provides the people we support with everything they need to enjoy a healthy and happy life. The vibrant region empowers us to help them access local amenities, pursue volunteering and employment opportunities, and access the breathtaking countryside. The city of Salisbury offers an abundance of culture and activities to keep everyone busy. It's our role to support them in achieving their ambitions and to be active citizens of the Wiltshire community.
