The support
Cleveland House is a residential service based in Broadstairs, providing support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, and autistic people. We deliver quality, person-centred support, acknowledging each individual's unique qualities, abilities, interests, preferences, and needs. The individuals we support are at the heart of our service and in everything we do as a team. Our team comprises a service manager, team leaders, and a dedicated group of support workers who uphold the National Care Group values of passion, collaboration, respect, and empowerment in all our endeavours. We value and respect the choices of those we support and promote the development of skills for independence to encourage daily community involvement. We work proudly and collaboratively with families and local professionals to maximise choice, control, and independence for all. We take great pride in the fact that the individuals we support have created a lovely home for themselves at Cleveland House and are living their best lives.
The properties
Cleveland House accommodates up to six people in our fully adapted, capable, and homely building. All our accommodation is on the ground floor, providing easy access to outdoor space.
The location
Conveniently based in Broadstairs, the area has so much to offer and enrich the lives of the people we support. We benefit from transport links into London, fantastic culture, lots of local events and of course, the beautiful beaches. The people we support regularly enjoy beach walks and have access to sports facilities, interest groups, and day centres. Additionally, local partner organisations and support services offer tailored programs aimed at promoting independence, skills development, and overall wellbeing for the people we support.
