Churchview Care Supported Living offers a domiciliary care service that supports adults with various needs, including learning disabilities, autistic people, and mental health support needs. Our supported living services deliver high-quality, person-centred support and enablement in a person's own home. Churchview's pathway focuses on ensuring continuity of support, collaborating with individuals to achieve their goals and meet their choices. We invest heavily into training so the team can specialise in the diverse needs of those we support, such as profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and the use of various aids and hoists.

We are currently providing support to 13 people in the area.
The location
The Taunton area provides the people we support with a range of amenities and facilities for socialising, entertainment, fitness, education, volunteering, and employment. Our role is to support them in maintaining their daily jobs, managing chores, pursuing hobbies and interests, attending social appointments, meeting with professionals, or engaging in any other activities outlined in their support plan. We are fortunate to have all this and more at our disposal in the Taunton area.
