Churchview Care Services, part of our Oaklea Care business, offers supported living and outreach services in the Taunton and Yeovil areas. They support adults with various needs, including learning disabilities, autistic people, and mental health support needs. The goal is to deliver high-quality, person-centred support and enablement in a person's own home.

The support
Churchview Care provides supported living and outreach services supporting adults with various needs, including learning disabilities, autistic people, and mental health support needs. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, person-centred support and enablement in a person's own home.
Churchview's pathway focuses on ensuring continuity of support, collaborating with individuals to achieve their goals and meet their choices. We invest heavily into training so the team can specialise in the diverse needs of those we support, such as profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and the use of various aids.
The properties
We are currently supporting 61 people. We have six supported living properties and our ever-growing outreach services are currently supporting 40 people in their own homes across the area.
We operate from our office based in Taunton.
The location
The Taunton and Yeovil areas provide the people we support with a range of amenities and facilities for socialising, entertainment, fitness, education, volunteering, and employment.
Our role is to support them in maintaining their daily jobs, managing chores, pursuing hobbies and interests, attending social appointments, meeting with professionals, or engaging in any other activities outlined in their support plan.
We are fortunate to have all this and more at our disposal across the region.
