The support
Ashbrook Neuro Rehab Service benefits from operating in a modern purpose-built building that has been sensitively designed to meet the needs of people requiring neuro rehabilitation support. Everyone supported at Ashbrook are supported by a team of rehab coaches and on-site physiotherapists, a team of visiting speech and language therapists and occupational therapists, on-site qualified registered nurses, a registered manager, visiting neuropsychologist and neuro consultant. Everyone has a bespoke individualised package of support tailored to meet their needs, delivered by our team. All colleagues undertake a bespoke induction before commencing at Ashbrook to ensure the personalisation of quality support.
The properties
The unit has all-level access facilities within the seven en-suites. Each unit has an en-suite bedroom and level-access wet room, a comfortable lounge, a kitchenette, and a garden area. There is a large, spacious communal lounge and dining room within the unit and a therapy kitchen on-site, which is wheelchair accessible. The unit has large, wide doorways, a wide hallway, and a communal lounge that are wheelchair accessible.
The location
Ashbrook is situated near the centre of Rochdale, with frequent public transport links into the city. The individuals we support can easily access everything Rochdale has to offer, including sports facilities, shops, green spaces, and museums.
