The support
Affinity Supporting People South delivers person-centred care and support, tailored to meet the needs of individuals with a range of diagnoses, including complex physical difficulties, learning difficulties, autism and mental health. We aim to provide the highest-quality care, allowing the people we support to live their best lives and encouraging them to experience new things to broaden their horizons, enrich their days, and achieve positive outcomes. The team is trained to meet the bespoke needs of everyone using the services. They are hardworking, compassionate, and caring. We work collaboratively within the team and with outside professionals to ensure that the quality of support delivered is tailored specifically to each individual.
The properties
We provide supported living services across 10 sites covering Rochdale, Stockport and Liverpool. We also provide outreach packages to individuals in Rochdale and Liverpool.
The location
Our services are close to local amenities and have good transport links into the cities of Liverpool, Rochdale and Stockport. Stockport alone was named the best place to live in the north west in 2024. Living in such a vibrant area offers the people we support so many opportunities to live a full life.
