The support
Affinity Supporting People North offers support through services tailored to meet the needs of individuals with a range of diagnoses, including physical disabilities, age-related symptoms, dementia, and mental health requirements. The primary aim is to provide the best person-centred support within a person's own home, empowering them to sustain their tenancy and live as independently as possible, while enjoying the freedom and inclusion of community life. Everyone has a tailored plan, focused on achieving their goals and aspirations. The team will work collaboratively and compassionately with the person they are supporting to help them live their very best life.
The properties
We provide support at eight services in Lancaster and Morecambe, and four services in Burnley.
The location
Lancaster, Burnley, and Morecambe boast bustling towns and cities, seaside and beautiful countryside. Our region has so much to offer the people we support who are all living in well placed services close to local amenities. We work in partnership with our community partners to support people to become active citizens and achieve their goals of living independently within their local area.
