A refurbishment project at Elm Lodge, which has transformed the internal and exterior look and feel of the Wales-based residential service, has reached completion.
A total of £20k was invested at Elm Lodge. The refurbishment project is part of National Care Group’s ongoing commitment to continuously provide the highest quality support for people and colleagues to achieve their goals in capable and modern environments.
The Estates Team at National Care Group collaborated with a local contractor to undertake the upgrades:
The people we support love the new look and feel of their home. They played a key role in the big décor element of the project, coming together to choose the colour theme for each room.

Elm Lodge is a residential service based in Wales, which provides support and accommodation to seven adults with long-term mental health and other complex needs.
The service has recently received an upgraded rating following a CIW Inspection earlier this year. This includes being rated Excellent for ‘Well-being’ and ‘Care & Support’.
