This recognition shines a light on our ongoing commitment to colleague wellbeing through the launch of a financial wellbeing app.
Our partnership with Stream, a financial wellbeing app that helps people manage their money easily and securely, is an integral part of National Care Group’s Wellbeing Commitment.
Now used by more than 2,100 colleagues, Stream is helping colleagues gain confidence in managing finances, build healthy money habits, and access support.
Since its launch, 100% of surveyed colleagues feel more in control of their finances and are happy that National Care Group introduced Stream.
