Safeguarding

The people we support have the right to be safe in their homes and communities. Support is tailored to meet each person’s unique needs, maximising their potential for positive risk-taking while also helping them manage risks effectively.

No matter how effective and supportive services are, there will always be room for improvement. Everyone at National Care Group has a responsibility to demonstrate our caring vision and values within their daily working lives.

Positive Behaviour Support

National Care Group promotes positive behaviour support. We aim to provide high-quality support that combines goals of enhancing life quality and reducing the occurrence and impact of behaviours that challenge.

Our dedicated Positive Behaviour Support team work alongside our Quality Team to deliver high-quality person-centred strategies to improve quality of life for the people we support.

Our Quality Checkers

The team of Quality Checkers at National Care Group is invaluable to delivering positive outcomes. They are all people we support and are best placed to tell us what excellent quality of care looks like.

In their role, they are supported by our Quality Business Partners and visit National Care Group services to ensure the highest standard quality of care is being delivered. They provide us with unique insight into how services could be improved.
